Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Silverstone Digital located at 44/1 Shyamnagar, Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Silverstone Digital provides various digital marketing services including website design, website development, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, and related services outlined on our website or in a formal proposal.

Project Scope & Delivery

The scope, deliverables, timeline, service fees and payment terms will be documented in our project proposal or statement of work prior to commencement. Any out-of-scope work must be agreed to in writing.

Ownership of Work Product

Custom development work such as website design, graphics, content and code will be owned by our company until all project payment terms are met. After final payment, copyright ownership transfers to the customer.

Confidentiality

We agree not to disclose your confidential information. You agree not to hold us liable for unintentional disclosure of such confidential information.

Payments & Late Fees

Invoices are sent electronically or by post. Payment terms are outlined in project proposals. Late fee of 1.5% per month applies to overdue invoices.

Refund Policy

For monthly retainer services, if you terminate within 30 days, you will receive refund of unused portion. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Termination Policy

Either party can terminate services in writing with 30 days’ notice. Owed fees per contracted terms remain due.

Disclaimers

We are not liable for loss of revenue, data or other consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amount received under the applicable project or order.

Governing Law

Terms are governed under the laws of West Bengal.
